Enhance your off-roading adventures with the Rock Solid Fab JL Cage Kit for 2018+ Jeep Wrangler JLU. This robust replacement cage kit is precision-made from 100% .120” Wall DOM tubing, promising outstanding sturdiness and durability. Designed with safety in mind, all impact zones are crafted with 1.75" OD, while the solid bracing is constructed from 1.5” OD for additional strength. The windshield bars are fabricated with 1.25" OD DOM, which effectively limits intrusion on driver visibility. Grab handles are made from 1” DOM, ensuring a firm and comfortable grip. The mounting brackets, being constructed from 3/16” Domex steel, boast of a yield strength of 100,000 minimum ksi and a tensile strength of 110,000 minimum ksi, providing superlative structural stability. The kit requires welding as the original front cross member from the OE cage needs to be transferred over, retaining the OE visors, microphones, and other electronics that could otherwise be lost. The front mounts are also securely welded into the Jeep and are made removable using tube couplers. Possessing ingenious design flexibilities, this cage kit allows for the utilization of most OE plastics, including the sound bar and all antennas.
