We strive to get your vehicle in and out as quickly as possible so that you can spend your time on the trails instead of in the shop. 2018 to Current Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Cage Kit
This replacement cage kit is constructed from 100% .120” Wall DOM tubing. All impact zones are 1.75” OD, while bracing is constructed from 1.5” OD. Windshield bars are 1.25” OD DOM to limit intrusion on driver visibility. Grab handles are made from 1” DOM, for a comfortable grip. All mounting brackets are constructed from 3/16” Domex steel, which has a yield Strength of 100 minimum ksi and a tensile strength of 110 minimum ksi.
The kit does require welding, as the original front cross member from the OE cage must be transferred over. This allows the retention of the OE visors, microphones, and other electronics that would be lost otherwise. The front mounts are also welded into the Jeep and made removeable using tube couplers.
This design allows the use of most OE plastics, including the sound bar and all antennas.
Overall, the Rock Solid Fab JL cage kit is very versatile. It can be modified to suit your needs. We offer a rear shelf system, Powertank mounts, Seatbelt mounts for OE seatbelts, a custom fitted Spiderweb shade, and even multiple B-pillar chop kits to suit the multiple types of available half doors. Out of the box, the kit supports the factory hardtop, and can be used with a soft top of your choice with minor modification.
